Establishing a Local Chapter :

If you would like to, or are in the process of pioneering a local LESA chapter in your area, please send your chapter information including contact name and address to our National President. If there are no chapters in your local area, you may join a chapter in the States closest to you, provided you comply with the membership policies for that chapter.
