Water Project

LESA-USA is an organization dedicated to the education, health and welfare of women allover the world. As its main project for the year 2005 through completion, the organization chose to build a new water supply system for an all-girls secondary school in West Africa, Cameroon that is facing severe water shortage. Our Lady of Lourdes Secondary School is experiencing an inadequate supply of water due to changes in climatic conditions caused by global warming, and emerging deleterious health hazards that are resulting from obsolete water infrastructure. Scholarship Foundation

LESA-USA Scholarship Foundation focuses on financial assistance and support of students pursuing secondary and higher education and who have demonstrated academic excellence at their different levels of education from classes 1 through 5. Applications are available in March, and awards are disbursed in July of each year. Funds are wired to Our Lady of Lourdes Secondary School, in the student's name.
